The JB Spas are now operating cartel style as they have the same agents supply their girls. That's why now often you can see same girl at different spas as their agent will switch them around to another spa when their stint ends at 1 spa. The difference is the locals working in the spas as they do not have any agents and their T&C is between the spa and themselves.

Yes, their service attitude sucks big time. Really lousy management. All of us should just boycott it. Let them close down and change. Overpromise and underdeliver for the experience. The captain promise this to that yet fail to deliver for the expectation.
